Felt really tired...only had 4:30 hours of sleep. After round 2 decided to scale to 3 rounds. Hit it solo...did a round on the 5 min mark. Did 3 rounds of 10 skull crushers (15# 2 seconds down 1 second pause) and 10 ring rows...same tempo to compensate for the missed two rounds.
