Ugh. Absolutely have to start working on high rep box jumps. After the first round I was already feeling burned out. I'm not gonna go 3 years in a row getting crushed by the box jump WOD in the open. Ridiculous. Did all BJ comp style. DL unbroken and all push ups unbroken pretty easily (at least a big positive there).
