after 60 snatches i worked up to a heavy single. got it the first time and was pretty strong. tried 155 and failed once and power snatched it a 2nd time. good news is that my snatch 1rm is going up as my ohs goes up. guess i just need to keep getting that ohs up and the snatch should follow.
