rough start to the day - just felt sluggish. things picked up though. things are starting to come together a lot more recently. The pulls don't seem to require so much thought. really the main issue is not dropping into the bottom of the snatch/under the bar quick enough or better said to full depth. Going to add some snatch drops into EC and just drill in the quick drop and get rid of the fear of getting down there quickly.
