w/ 20lbs Vest. 1 Mile - 7:42, Pushups in 20s to 100 then 10s. Pull Ups all done in 10s. AS in chunks of 15 to 30. Had Pull Ups done pretty early and then worked on knocking out rest of Push Ups and Squats. Last mile was sub 8. Never lost pull ups or push ups. This was a way more effective method than 20 rounds of Cindy for me.
