previous best was 123 and goal was 130. Cant emphasize enough how much butterfly helps. Grip isn;t an issue at all because it takes less than 1/2 the time to do the pullups. I gamed rds 3&4 to much because I thought I would die...should have done 2 more on each of those rds.
