Notes

Dead lift was 75kg, not 1 1/2 times my body weight but closer to my body weight, Cleans done at 40kg, technique wasn't great need a lot of practise on these, bench press done at 30kg found these pretty easy all reps done unbroken probably could of gone a little heavier.
