Went up easy. Had at least 5 more reps in me no problem. Body is truly adapting to this weight. Eyes on 500#x10... Felt a strange twinge or tweak in my rib on rep one. Dropped it and moved around then tried again and same issue. Belted up and tried some reps with 135# and no issue. Left the belt on and crushed the 445# x10 easy. #kinnickbutternation #reinventingthebutter
