1pm Sunday. Slower start this time, much steadier overall. Could have maybe pushed a little harder on last 3 minutes but I had my old score in the bag. Ate like crap day before, but for breakfast only protein shake, little bit of keefir, coffee/creatine, then a bit of pre-work. In that order. Gym had AC pumping, no warm-up of any kind.
