was a terrible idea to do this after heavy squats and "the bergeron beep test". quads and back were cooked. completely feel apart in first round. squat cleans 9/5/4/3-3/2......pretty much singles and doubles after that. need to NOT do this on a squat day to start and second come up with a plan and STICK TO IT! ah well. still a great wod. ring dips did my best to kip em all out.
