whats wrong with your back? :(
Thankfully nothing to do with the bony and discus structures, I did GHD's and pissed it off, then didn't realize that I didn't give it enough time to recover and I pissed it off again. So now, I'm going at like a half pace(where I barely break a sweat) so that it finally is nice to me again lol :)
