tratando de retomar esto de escribir mis resultados en el btwd :( jeje ... 21.2 conforme como ejecute esos snatch con 50 lb se fue umbroke siempre , sintiendo ya estas semanas mas livianos ya estos pesos con dumbell pesados los burpee se fue lento siii ... pero a mi ritmo con leve molestia la rodilla al final de los snatch me confie que era el termino , perdi 10 sg ... este aƱo para mi el open no es prioridad solo 1 vez y ya !
