Notes

Halved work out due to time. We concentrated on form before starting the WOD which was good. Had to substitute T2B, hurt my should on the first one. Cleans we did something a little different, can't remember what Batch called them but we stayed light did a Deadlift pull engaged hips then pretty much bicep curled it up. Feeling very flat lately think I'm due for a few days off (Yay for Easter).
