Ripped my hand, burn my leg even while wearing gloves and shin skins. But very happy with my time :) Thrusters: 21-10-5-9. Rope climb goal was to climb one every 20 seconds. Started falling off that pace midway through the second round but was still able to maintain it for the majority

Awesome! I knew I shouldn't have posted my time :b. if you only broke your thrusters once and kept a 20s pace on the rope climbs, and only beat me by 46s, I must have been smoking on my rope climbs
