Initially was really unhappy with this...but then talked with Jona and my Active Life coach and I feel the complete opposite. This workout has literally haunted me for a year. 1 rep at 275# was all I would have needed. Got it this go around on just a regular Friday, changing our own weights, and with some serious apprehension about even trying this thing. Huge win in in my mind. Bring on 2017.
