Goal was 300! Next time can push it more on that first round of sumos, walked away with 30 secs. Wasnt to sure where I was at on those. But most importantly Def gotta work on my rowing! Lol WEAK! Thanks Freddy for being my judge! And Beth for being there for motivation! 👊🏽
