partner WOD. alternated movements every round. I started with HSPU. 65# for thrusters/135# DL/35# kb swing. felt pretty beat up from the week, having rest day on Tuesday really through me off. HSPU very difficult, no mat used. thrusters unbroken, K2E unbroken. split deadlift into 4/3 last 2R. burpee and kb swings unbroken. pull-ups okay, 1R butterfly and other kipping. last 2R split up pull-ups. didn't get much rest with Zach as my partner.
