Tough workout. Very hot outside, 95 degrees ☀️ First 6 rounds 11 Chest to Bar pull-ups unbroken, last 4, 8-3 or 7-4 Front squat- tried to move fast for the first 13-15, then, rest for 10 seconds and do the last handful under control Need to do all 22 fast and unbroken.
