Garage 6:30p I used to be really fit. Didn't think hands could handle all the pullups so did 10 kipping and the rest ring rows to work on strength And keep time domain similar to the last time I did jt. This was a doozy. HR went up to 186. Used bar bell. Squat cleans: 10-10-10, 16-14, 16-14. Pull ups: 5-5 kipping Ring rows: 10-19 Runs first run with Roka was slow(dragged her+she peed and I put her collar on), the other two were around 2:15/400m. Definitely was fatigued and not running quick. Round times 9:19, 9:03, 9:20
