Back is very sore from the 30 deads at 315# last night in the wod. Quads felt great in spite of the 225 air squats earlier today. Definitely have more in me. 350# felt easy and 360# felt just as easy. Wanted to go 365# after 350# but didnt want to get greedy. Very happy with this lift. 400# coming soon. Next time around.
