Done at Camp Rhino. Warmup: Death by Toes-2-Bar & Box Overs. Completed 10 rounds. Workout (wearing 10 lb ruck on each of the runs): 1) 600m job then 100 box jumps. 2) 600m then 6 ft wall then 90 pushups. 3) 600m then 6 ft wall then 80 air squats. 4) 600m then 6 ft wall then 70 flutter kicks. 5) 600m then 6 ft wall then 60 wall balls (14 lb/9'). 6) 600m then 6 ft wall then 50 pullups. 7) 600m then 6 ft wall then 40 clapping pushups (on knees), 30 leg raises, 20 jumping lunges, 10 V-ups.
