did this with a bad knee, been off it for 2 plus weeks. just for this. the first mile ran it slowish (9:09m) did the Pull ups, push ups and squats in. first 10 rnds (cindy) i did in 20:41 and the last 10 rnds in 32:07 so theres where I lost a lot of time. it was hot and those push ups really got tiring quick. then the last mile i couldn't run so I walked. so killed my time. :( but I didnt quick and I finished. D Time 68:58 :)
