Notes

Five rounds, each for time of: 20 Pull-ups, 30 Push-ups, 40 Sit-ups, 50 Squats. Rest precisely three minutes between each round. My pullups were severely hampered by finger blisters (despite finishing a roll of tape this morning). Took forever to get that last round (1 pull at a time). Happy with my pushups and my air squat stamina has significantly improved this month.
