Tie Break 5:35 for 9 DL. Went 7/7/7 then 8/7 then 9 on DL with quick drops. HSPU standard was a big challenge. Pause and stretch for each rep with the heels and hands really close to the wall. Failed one rep in last rd. Went 10/5/6 then 5/4/3/3 then 3/2/2/2. Diane just over 7 min. then got 15 DL at 315# (6/3/2/2/2). Felt a lot heavier than expected.
