2 min post-WOD (after Grace and max pull-ups)... 65# OHS were 10/6/5, 5/5/5, and 5/4... 30# DB walking lunges in 5's for the 21's and 15's (quads were burning, but should have pushed harder), did the 9's unbroken. OHS was painful on the RT wrist as usual, but felt decent.
