thruster: 9/8/8/8, 8/8/6/5, 7x3 (paused a bit) - likes how Josh’s rep scheme looked so rolled w/that. C2Bs were the struggle, small sets, need to kip thru more. A few no reps but I got tired. Under the weather so happy to do what I did.
