Didn’t make it in for Murph today ☹️ Hit this hero WOD solo in the garage at 4... Haven’t done this one since 2010, only 2 months into CrossFit (empty bar & band pull-ups)... Today’s 65# OHS were 13/8, 9/6, 9. Pull-ups were 6’s until 30, then 5/4/3/3/3... 5/4’s/3’s for 30 and 18... Still have nasal congestion and hard to breathe, but just tried to keep pushing 🇺🇸
