Blah. Runs were slow. First 800 was 2:58, and then my 2nd one well over 3 I'm sure. Cleans were super easy. Did 5s the whole time until the second round where I did 5-5-3-2-2-1. Burpees were death from trashed triceps after the muscle ups and hspu.
