Notes

Paced the pushups right from the start by pausing at the top of each rep. That helped me get through 11 or 12 rounds with unbroken pushups. Then it was survival mode for the rest, usually with a fast 7, rest, then slow 3. Pullups and squats never got hard. I hate pushups!
