Notes

First time doing "Angie"! Completed Kipping PU and started with 3 sets of 10 then dropped the reps gradually from 10 down to 3 in the proceeding sets.. Completed PU at around the 6.45 mark. 3 sets of 10 PU then sets of 5 then 3 then 2. Last 15 were fast singles. Situps were easy up to 50 then last 50 was a grind with a few short breaks.. Squats unbroken.
