Modified to strict pull ups which sucked and GHD sit ups. Push ups felt awesome, should have started a little more aggressive there. Did 12/14 alternating all the way to round 6. Can't believe I PR'd the air squats haha my legs are weak sauce and kept writing my reps off as way below what I used to be able to do.
