Total failure. Tried to scale to 3-2-1 on the muscle ups, got the three, took 4 min, snatched weren't great, and couldn't get another muscle up. Tried for 15 min until I gave up. Frustrated with how easy the skills can be some days and how easily the switch is flipped off. Time for a run I guess.
