Wasted way too much time transitioning but that was my own dang fault, realized about 3 rounds in it was taking me forever to move around, just bad set up lol. Felt decent though, just consistent throughout. Pace I was holding I could have kept going for a long time so I need to hustle in the beginning before settling in. Unbroken reps, just smooth snatches, mix of power/muscle. Grips, no tape.
