Goal was to beat old time 25:15 🙌🏻 …. Didn’t stop on box jumps, quick big sets JPU, kettlebell in 3 sets, didn’t stop on lunges, ended up doing singles for knees to elbow, push press 3 sets, back ext 3 sets, wall balls took me forever, burpees took a pee break in between so walked around in between sets of 10-12, DU took me 3 sets … heart rate 170 and got dizzy in burpees… other than that felt good
