Went against my own advice to not do anything this intense 10 days from the Games but gave in to the need to test my pacing with thrusters. Ended up equaling my PR without killing myself. Thrusters were: 9-6-6, 6-5-4, 5-4. Pullups 21, 10-5, 9. Could have been sub 6 min but wasn't facing the clock to see and took time to regrip for last 2 pullups. Very encouraged...thanks to Drew for helping me with thrusters.
