Sunday open gym. Did this with Angel at 11 am, HOT outside! Had to PR by at least 1:37 because my notes from last time reminded me I took a 1:37 potty break after the first round of pull-ups, LOL... Round splits were 9:59, 22:57, 37:02... 800m runs were 4:49, 5:17, 5:22... Squat cleans 10/5/4/3/3/3/2, 5/4/3's, 3/3/singles/2/2/2... butterfly pull-ups 4/4/4/3's for all 3 rounds. 1 finger on each hand still torn/tender from Tuesday, but hands held up and no new rips
