Some step up over the box burpees. Checking to see if that was legal Edit..Afte looking at the standards again, this was not a legit score. Need 2 foot takeoff on each cup and burpees perpendicular to the box. Also both heads of DB have to touch the ground. Not sure ho w much this would put on this, but I was wondering why I was 1 1/2 min faster.
