I didn't anchor my feet on the sit-ups this time. That makes a huge difference (my thighs were burning a bit). My pull-ups didn't feel very strong today, and my squats were a little bit behind. I maintained 12 per round on the push-ups until the last (8th) round. As it is, I was way behind my PR.
