It was the burpees for me. Started around 16:00, ended around 19:40. Messed up three time at DU before 5 reps! Rest were unbroken. That cost me sub 20, but there were plenty of opportunities to trim 4+ seconds. PU:2x25; k2e:5x10; pp:2x25; WB:5x10. Everything else unbroken
