two of my least fav's: muscle ups/ snatch/squats...no beauno. But, i did more muscle ups in one workout then what i had ever done.... combined! the snatch/squat was a lot smoother; considerable less weight, but smoother. finished my last 4 MU by lowering the rings and jumping through. tough workout!
