Was doing 3's at 215 but only got 2 reps lol. Way too trashed after the pushjerks in the WOD. switched to 3 sets of 5 @ 185. Also did 4 rounds 10: 60# db floorpress, 40# bar dips, 26# skullcrushers. And 3 rounds of: 15 GHD with 15# DB, 15 toes-to-bar, 20 hollowrocks.
