Notes

Surprised I PR'd by almost a minute. All unbroken through the walking lunges. TTB were difficult, sets of 10 at first then 5s later on. Push press was 31/19. Back extensions unbroken. Wall balls were sets of 10 at first, then 5s later on. Burpees were horrible and SLOW! I've got to figure out why they kill me so badly. Double unders not bad, but I was smoked at that point. Moved fairly consistently through the entire workout except for the burpees. Next time keep a faster pace on the burpees.
