Run 1 mile, 10 pull-ups (salmon band) + 20 push-ups (ended up using knees) + 30 air squats x 10 sets, run 1 mile. First time doing "full" Murph here in Las Vegas (in Balad it took me 1 hr 26 min). Not bad after 2 week vacation. The pull-ups were the easy part.
