😑 My 2 worst movements... Its been well over a year since I’ve done any SDHP. Couldn’t get the RT elbow up, but barbell was even at the top and no pain in shoulder. SDHP: 10/7/4, 6/5/4, 9... OHS: 11/10, 9/6, 9... Felt like a snail, but happy to get it done
