9 minutes longer than last time 😳😣 Slept 5 hours this morning after work. WOD at 7 pm... I’ve never DNF’d in 8 years of CF, but thought about it at least 10 times today... β€œI’ll just do 2 rounds. Ok, maybe 3. Fine, I’ll do 4. F*@k it, just finish.” Havent swung a 53 in probably a year. I think that’s what killed me. No grip for pull-ups, struggled with 3’s and then 2’s. Side cramp, foot cramps, 🀒 round 2 on (drink more water). 1st round 8:12, the test was a blur
