I’m not happy but I’ll take it. Staying positive and keeping my goals right in front of me. Went slow from the start and tried to make every movement technically sound.. my trap/neck has been tight since Sat so didn’t want to repinch anything. Felt weak on right side. Unbroken through three rounds then dropped at 7 hang cleans. Last round 11-1/7-2/6
