Did this with Chest to Bar pull ups. Brutal! 4 seconds from beating my last time with regular pull ups. First round 5:40, 2nd 6:40, 3rd 9:50, 4th 9 somthing, 5th 8 something. Rough times but pretty close. Would have smashed it with regular pull ups. Gotta make things harder.
