Very disappointed with this performance. Felt gassed from the start. Something is wrong with my nutrition right now. Gotta figure it out quick. Back was sore from the past few workouts...especially the 5 rep max front squat yesterday. Went off fish oil for a few days but started up again today. I think I had a bad case of them. HSPU still the biggest issue. Still working on those. 5 second pr is nothing to brag about thats for sure. Way too much room for improvement.
