There is a chill video of you doing split jerks if you go to my profile and then click on the split jerks we did together...Watch it, will definitely help you out. Lock out those arms and get under the bar!!!
Emmett. Good job on the split jerks. Tighten up that footing, just drill the lighter weights. Also, like Ben said, under that bar! Way to go brotha...keep up the good work.
