Solo at the PD, during lunch break... Only went up by 5-lbs this week since this was my 5RM at the start of this cycle. Forgot my notes 2 weeks ago to do this before work. 6 hours into my shift, wrists were not happy. 4/5 reps were shaky, only the 2nd rep ever felt solid... bonus is that my behind-the-neck split jerk is feeling much better, not awkward anymore at all
